Organizational Engagement
This is the measurable extent to which employees in an enterprise are both aligned with and emotionally attuned to the values, goals, strategies and tactics of their enterprise. “Engagement” thus goes beyond purely intellectual alignment towards real emotional attachment. In the case of a truly customer centric enterprise, every employee must know how to balance their familiarity with their customers (i.e. with data) against how committed they are to delivering customer focused end results (i.e. in their personal actions).
