I have always loved this song, performed by Aerosmith – “Living on the Edge”.
The first verse is
“There’s somethin’ wrong with the world today
I don’t know what it is
Something’s wrong with our eyes”
No, you might wonder why I would add it to this blog. Simple. Too many times, as leaders, we step back from the edge and do what seems “appropriate”. What seems safe. What seems politically correct. What seems easy.
But is it right?
Don’t all change agents step towards the Edge and make things happen?
Shouldn’t we all live more on the Edge?
