GILD and BPLD .....
I've just returned from the annual Global Institute for Leadership Development and Best Practice in Leadership Development conferences in Palm Desert, run by Linkage Inc.
Brilliant.
How can one not be inspired by George Mitchell, Tom Peters, Marshall Goldsmith, Roger Nierenberg, Pat Lencioni, Nicholas Negrponte, Mike Abrasoff and Warren Bennis.
But the best thing was talking to the people, like me, that came to learn. It is great to feel at one with people who want to learn and be committed to developing themselves.
