    Self Assessment

This questionnaire is based on the 4E's Leadership Framework, and was designed by Mick Yates. It helps you self-assess how well you are doing in using the 4E's Leadership activities, and provides directional pointers on how you can improve.

Please answer each question on a scale of 1-5 (1 being the lowest score and 5 being the highest).

Consider the context in which you are answering the questions - are you answering to help yourself lead better, with a view to helping your work team, or with the aim of comparing notes with others taking the self assessment? Keep this context in mind as you answer each series of questions.

You will note that the first three "E's" are focused on organizational / team issues, whereas the last "E" (Energize) is focused more on individual Leadership.Ê This is designed deliberately to provide breadth to the self assessment.

When you have completed all 30 questions, click "finish" to view your results. You will then be given a score for each of the 4E's (Envision, Enable, Empower & Energize), with some directional action steps for self-improvement. You will also see an overall result and comments. And, for each E, we'll show the average score for everyone who has so far taken this assessment, to give you benchmarks.

Please note that this is a completely anonymous questionnaire, and we can't offer individual follow up counseling. The data engine simply compiles the numerical and demographic results, and does not capture personal information.

    Enjoy!
